Guidelines
Welcome to ForjaDev! Our mission is to provide a safe, friendly, and productive environment for users to share, collaborate, and discuss plugins, maps, and other tools. To ensure that everyone has a positive experience, we have created the following guidelines that cover the entire website, including forums, marketplace, and any other sections. By using ForjaDev, you agree to abide by these guidelines.
Be Respectful
Treat all users with respect and courtesy. Do not engage in personal attacks, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, or any other behavior that may be offensive or harmful to others. We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, bullying, or any form of intimidation.
Keep it Relevant
Ensure that your contributions are relevant to the topic or category in which you are posting. Stay on topic, and avoid spamming or overposting. Share content that is helpful, informative, and contributes to the overall quality of the community.
No Advertising or Self-Promotion
Do not use ForjaDev to promote your own products, services, or websites, except in designated areas (such as the marketplace). Unsolicited advertising or excessive self-promotion will be removed, and repeat offenders may face account suspension or termination.
Intellectual Property
Respect the intellectual property rights of others. Do not post or share copyrighted material without permission. Original content creators retain the rights to their work, and any unauthorized use or distribution will not be tolerated.
Chargebacks & Disputes
By purchasing a product, you agree that you are receiving a digital good and understand that all sales are final. If you have any issues with a purchase, you are required to open a support ticket with the creator or site staff before resorting to a payment processor dispute. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in an immediate and permanent ban from ForjaDev.
Creator Terms (Seller Requirements)
If you are approved as a Creator, you are bound by our Creator Terms. ForjaDev charges a standard commission of 12% + $0.49 per transaction unless negotiated otherwise. Creators are required to provide 30 days of active support for their paid files and must respond to support inquiries in a timely manner. Deliberately listing files simultaneously on competitor marketplaces at a lower price involves a breach of our parity policy and may lead to removal of seller privileges.
